Most tables at least 42" wide can store 2 to 4 leaves. depending on top shape.

The Sawmill plank is a verstile top. As a solid top, planks run lengthwise. With self-storing leaves, planks run widthwise. (shown here)
Breadboard Ends
Instead of leaves in the center, this option adds 18" leaves on the ends. Best for thicker, distressed tops
