FREE RETURNS WITH FULL REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a free return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Delivery Damages and Quality Issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of our products, they may be returned for free with a full refund. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
If you receive the wrong product or the product was damaged in delivery, please let us know immediately. We will build a new product and contact you to schedule delivery on completion. At that time, we will exchange the defective product with the new one and there is no charge for exchange or delivery of the new item.

Refunds
If you do not love our products, return them for a full refund. The return is completely free; our team will cover the cost of shipping the returned items back to us. To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
