Mission Style Dining Table & Chairs

Create your own Mission dining set at Dutch Craft Furniture today! Amish craftsmen traditionally use Quartersawn White Oak wood for Mission style dining tables and chairs. Other hardwood options include Red Oak, Hickory, Maple, Cherry, Elm and Walnut. The classic mission stain color is medium dark with a warm undertone, like Michael's Cherry or Asbury Brown.

Mission dining table styles include the classic trestle table with mortise and tenon style construction and wide slats, perfect for medium to large dining rooms. Standard trestle table sizes will seat 8-10 people comfortably when extended with the self-storing leaves. For smaller spaces, consider choosing a leg-style table, which can be scaled down to 36x48 and seat 4 people.

There are also round Mission dining table options, available as a solid top or to extend with a leaf. Leaves for round tables will be hinged and fold in half to self-store inside the table. Round tables will extend into oval tops with the leaf.

Our Mission dining chair options vary in size and style, all handcrafted locally in Ohio and featuring steamed and bent wood slats in the back for lumbar support. Mission dining benches are also available in any size to complete the set.

Add a finishing touch to your dining room with the addition of a china cabinet or buffet to add functionality and storage. A wine cabinet showcasing the grain texture of Quartersawn White Oak wood adds a beautiful Mission accent.
